Private Pay Patients
1st pair - 20% off frame and lenses.
2nd pair - 50% off frame and lenses.
Commercial Insurance Patients
1st pair - priced with vision insurance benefits.
2nd pair - 50% off frame and lenses.
Patients With Multiple Insurance Plans
We can not combine discounts and insurance as that would be considered insurance fraud. Patients can elect to use 1 insurance policy per set of glasses OR get our self pay discounts for that set but we can not apply insurance and then discount the patient portion for a singular pair of glasses.
Medicaid Patients
If a patient has a plan that allows 1 free pair a year they can still use that but it does not count toward the sale, they would need to purchase a self pay pair at 20% off in order to get 50% off the additional pair.
If a patient has a plan with an allowance (ie $300 allowance) then they can use that toward their 1st pair for the sale and will still get 50% off the additional pair.
3 Or More Pair Sales
Patients purchasing 3 or more pairs will continue to receive 50% off the frames and lenses for each pair.
Contact Lens Deal
Buy an annual supply of contacts and receive a voucher for $150 off your next set of glasses frames.
